Main duties of the job
You will be responsible for leading and managing our outreach nursing team and transitional care services. You will work across professional boundaries, managing a variety of nurses, including adult and child nurses, as well as midwives. This role spans both community and secondary care services.
You will also work to enhance the family experience and further integrate family-centered care, aiming to keep families and babies together whenever possible.
This role requires regular visits and clinical care to maintain competence and skills in both hospital and community settings. Therefore, a car and a full driving license are essential.
