Your new role
As Manufacturing Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading a team of skilled technicians and operators across a designated production area. You'll ensure that output targets are met while maintaining strict quality and safety standards. Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating daily production activities to meet delivery schedules
Driving continuous improvement initiatives across processes and workflows
Monitoring KPIs and implementing corrective actions where necessary
Supporting training and development of team members
Liaising with engineering, quality, and planning departments to resolve issues and optimise performance
What you'll need to succeed
What you'll need to succeed: You'll be an experienced manufacturing professional with a background in high-precision or defence-related engineering environments. You'll have:
Proven supervisory experience in a production setting
Strong understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving
