Night Manager – Westin London City, 60 Upper Thames Street, London, EC4V 3AD.
Responsibilities
* Acts as the hotel's Hotel Manager during the night, overseeing all property operations to ensure highest levels of hospitality and service.
* Represents property management in resolving guest‑related situations.
* Manages Front Desk associates’ queries, training and development, working closely with the Front of House Manager.
* Anticipates times of overbooking, liaising with senior rooms management and revenue teams to secure satisfactory alternative accommodations.
* In partnership with Security takes responsibility for Hotel Security and Safety, including hotel evacuations, security issues and health and safety regulations.
* Follows all company policies and procedures; maintains uniform and personal appearance in line with the Westin Brand; keeps proprietary information confidential.

* Understanding and ability to implement all emergency plans (accident, death, elevator, theft, violent crimes, bombs, fire, etc.).
* Immaculate appearance.
* Excellent oral and written fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
* Positive, can‑do attitude.
* Knowledge of Opera PMS and GXP Empower a plus.
