Planned & Preventative Maintenance Contract
* Duration: 6 month contract with 12 month extension
* To provide all planned maintenance at Birmingham New Street & Birmingham Signalling Centre to ensure the station is fully compliant to all industry standards.
* Hades Infrastructure’s team of engineers will ensure such functionalities as emergency lighting, drains, electrical & mechanical plant is maintained to the SFG 20 regulations.
Job Specs:
* Industrial Plumber required to work on Rail & non-rail projects
* Employed directly with Hades Group
* Van and tools provided
* Based in Manchester, Birmingham, Stafford or Milton Keynes
* Fixing assets in or around the stations
