Office Manager/ People - Key Responsibilities and Expectations

* Provide general upkeep of the office environment, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
* Oversee the organization and coordination of internal and external meetings and events, including catering arrangements as needed.
* Procure fruits, food, and other office supplies for the UK office, maintaining optimal stock levels.
* Ensure the health and safety of employees in the UK office, adhering to all relevant protocols and guidelines.
* Manage post services, including ordering supplies from DHL, and create purchase orders for general office management tasks.
* Process invoices in accordance with finance procedures, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
* Maintain office stationery and stock supplies, fulfilling new requests promptly.
* Foster and maintain relationships between H&H Group and building management, communicating daily with reception staff and participating in monthly site occupier meetings.
* Collaborate with the P&C team and Global Communications Team to organize wellbeing and social initiatives, such as World Community Week and Mental Health Awareness Week.
* Support senior leaders in London, providing organizational assistance with their affairs as required, including tasks like travel arrangement, meeting support, and EU P&C communications.
