Are you an organised and motivated individual looking to make a difference? Our client is seeking a dynamic Administrator to join their team in Winwick, Warrington! In this vital role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, visitors, and staff while providing essential administrative support to the regional operations and sales teams.
Main Purpose of Role:
To deliver outstanding administrative support and ensure customer satisfaction through various tasks.
Key Tasks Include:
1. Day-to-day administrative duties
2. Raising orders and quotes
3. Conducting credit checks
4. Managing preventative maintenance contracts
5. Administering customer satisfaction surveys
6. Handling calls and managing regional emails
7. Adhering to Quality Management Systems (QMS)
8. Setting up new accounts
9. Emailing invoices and loading them onto customer portals
10. Liaising with customers regarding purchase orders
11. Assisting proforma customers
12. Responding to customer inquiries
