Owen Daniels have partnered with a leading Engineering company and we are recruiting for a Territory Sales Manager due to growth in the business.
Territory Sales Manager – Key responsibilities:
* Work closely within the sales team, offering technical and commercial expertise during customer interactions.
* Managing a team of 5 Account Managers and supporting the professional growth of individuals within the group.
* Provide structured guidance and coaching while tracking performance and setting measurable objectives that support wider business objectives.
* Organize regular team discussions and one-to-one meetings to review progress, share feedback, and strengthen team effectiveness.
Territory Sales Manager - Essential Skills & Experience:
* Strong understanding of electrical motors and power transmission
* Experienced as a sales manager who can manage a team
* Experienced in people management – Approving holidays, training, onboarding etc
* Full UK driving license
