We are working with a top-tier UK law firm based in Edinburgh or Glasgow for an Associate to join their Planning team.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join a Planning team, working across a range of sectors including residential, commercial, retail, energy, and infrastructure. The Associate will advise clients on both contentious and non-contentious planning issues such as planning obligations, compulsory purchase, appeals, judicial reviews, and more.
The role will also involve providing clear advice to developers, local authorities, and investors, ensuring compliance.
Essential Criteria:
* 2+ years’ PQE;
* Planning & environment law background;
* Excellent academics;
* Technically excellent;
* Strong communication skills;
* Team-oriented.
