Incoming Administrator We are looking for a highly organised Incoming Administrator to join our Customer Service team at our Whitstable office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You will be the first point of contact for incoming purchase orders and quotation requests, ensuring information is accurate and uploaded correctly into our internal systems. Working closely with the wider Customer Service team, you will also support a variety of administrative and reception duties that help keep the department operating efficiently. Key Responsibilities Verifying customer information before processing quote requests and purchase orders Accurately uploading quotes and orders within required timeframes Managing incoming calls via Microsoft Teams Handling incoming and outgoing post and emails Preparing and issuing A60 certificates and Certificates of Conformity Managing visitor bookings and reception duties Booking meeting rooms and arranging lunches when required Updating enquiry and project details in internal systems Generating quotes when needed Providing general administrative support to the department What We’re Looking For Strong attention to detail and accuracy Confident communication skills and a professional telephone manner Ability to work well within a team Well organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel) A proactive and flexible approach to work Experience Essential Experience working in a fast-paced customer service or administrative environment Desirable Reception experience Experience within a manufacturing environment Why Join Us?
