Are you seeking a part time role and available for a fixed term contract for 12 months? About the Role. We’re looking for a Change Process Manager to join our Transformation team. This is a 12 month contract role and is offered on a part time basis (27 hours per week). We’re undergoing a period of change here; there is lots to do, and lots of interesting work where you could make your mark. This role reports to our Senior Delivery Manager and involves supporting our Transformation team as they deliver programmes of organisational process and technological change. As our Change Process Manager, you will own and manage the end-to-end change management framework, ensuring that change requests and initiatives flow consistently through the organisation. This includes developing structured processes, supporting delivery leads, and providing best practice guardrails so that change is delivered effectively and sustainably. You’ll play a crucial role in supporting the people side of change, through engaging stakeholders, assessing impacts, managing resistance, and ensuring employees are supported to adopt new ways of working. By balancing governance rigour with pragmatic delivery, you’ll help ensure transformation benefits are realised and embedded in the business. This role will suit someone who is proactive, an innovative thinker and is able to create positive and productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. It’s a varied role, but here’s a taste of what you’ll be getting up to: Provide process guidance, frameworks, and templates to delivery managers and colleagues across the Transformation team and broader business. Own and manage the end-to-end change request process, ensuring requests are logged, prioritised, governed and delivered to completion. Ensure adherence to best practice governance, while adapting frameworks to suit a fast-paced, small company environment. Facilitate prioritisation forums and support senior-level decision-making and approvals. Create and implement structured change management strategies and plans, including impact assessments, to guide organisational, process, and people transitions. Develop and deliver clear, tailored communication plans to ensure employees understand, support, and adopt change. Proactively identify risks and manage risks and dependencies linked to change initiatives, developing mitigation plans as required. Coordinate and oversee training, coaching, and knowledge transfer activities to support employees in adopting new systems and processes. Proactively monitor employee sentiment and address resistance to change with targeted interventions. Facilitate workshops and feedback loops to encourage engagement and continuous improvement Monitor, track and report change process through dashboards and KPI's for senior leaders and boards, highlighting adoption progress, risk areas, and benefit realisation. Continuously optimise processes to increase efficiency, minimise effort, and leverage automation where possible. You’ll feel comfortable being accountable for owning the processes and ensuring internal stakeholders follow them accordingly and understandingly, whilst also continuously considering how to optimise the processes, making them more effective and efficient, minimising time and effort required and automating where possible.
