Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team 1-2 days per week.
The ideal candidate will have a flair for creativity and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair services while ensuring client satisfaction. You will also play a key role in store management, contributing to the overall success of our salon.
Duties
* Provide a range of hair services, including cutting, colouring, and styling, tailored to individual client needs.
* Engage with clients to understand their preferences and provide expert advice on hair care and styling products.
* Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Mentor junior stylists and trainees, sharing knowledge and techniques to foster their development.
* Upsell salon products and services, contributing to the growth of the business through effective communication skills.
Experience
* Proven experience as a Hair Stylist in a professional salon environment is preferred.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
* Experience in salon management is advantageous but not essential.
* Excellent communication skills are required for effective interaction with clients and team members.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £100.00-£180.00 per day
Expected hours: 8 – 16 per week
