Lead B2B Marketing for Gaming Across EMEA 🚀

* Hybrid - 3 days in London office
* Salary: £90,000 - £95,000/annum pro rata
A leading global tech company is looking for an experienced Business Marketing Manager to take ownership of B2B marketing for the gaming vertical across EMEA.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll build and scale marketing programs from the ground up, working with some of the most sophisticated, growth-focused companies in the gaming ecosystem.
What you’ll be doing:
* Lead and execute integrated B2B marketing programs across multiple EMEA markets
* Partner with internal teams to deliver best-in-class campaigns, events, and content
* Own content strategy across formats (articles, video, newsletters, thought leadership)
* Design and deliver marketing initiatives targeting performance marketers and digital-native businesses
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to drive execution
* Manage end-to-end project delivery from ideation through to launch and optimization
* Track, test, and scale marketing initiatives using data-driven insights
* Challenge the status quo and bring fresh, innovative ideas to elevate impact
What we’re looking for:
* 8+ years’ experience in B2B marketing (tech or gaming industry preferred)
* Strong track record of driving measurable business results through marketing
* Deep understanding of performance marketing and growth-focused businesses
* Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
* Excellent storytelling and communication skills — able to simplify complex ideas
* Strong stakeholder management and experience working cross-functionally
* Tech-savvy with a solid understanding of digital marketing ecosystems
