* Liaise with third parties (banks, HMRC, care homes, asset holders) for information
Document Preparation
* Draft standard documents such as:

* Collate asset and liability information for probate
* Update estate accounts and asset schedules

* Maintain accurate data within the case management system (e.g., LEAP)
* Assist with billing, raising invoices and maintaining payment records
* Support fee‑earners with ad‑hoc administrative tasks as required
Skills & Experience
* Strong administrative experience, ideally within a law firm or professional services

* Understanding of SRA compliance and confidentiality obligations
* Experience with LEAP or similar case management systems
Personal Qualities
* Warm, patient and empathetic — especially when working with vulnerable or bereaved clients
* A team player with a can‑do attitude
* Professional, discreet and calm
* Driven to learn and develop within the Private Client field
