Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to provide essential support to someone with cerebral palsy. In this role, you will assist with daily activities, personal care, and help create a positive and structured environment tailored to the individual's unique needs. Your patience, empathy, and commitment will be vital in fostering their independence, growth, and overall well-being. By offering consistent and personalized support, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life and ensuring the individual feels valued and understood.
Ideally a younger male aged 20-30, for a one-month on, one-month off schedule. This role requires someone who can provide 24/7 assistance, ensuring a safe and supportive environment. Responsibilities include daily living support, companionship, and helping with household tasks. The ideal candidate will be patient, compassionate, and able to adapt to the needs of the household. There is potential for this arrangement to be reviewed and adjusted based on performance and mutual agreement.
