Managing office supplies and inventory
Organising and maintaining filing systems (physical and digital)
Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, mail, phone calls)
Office Management
Ensuring the office environment is clean, safe, and well-organised
Liaising with building management for maintenance or facility issues
Managing office software and tools (e.g., Event Planning
Organising internal events, meetings, or training sessions
Coordinating logistics for company functions or team-building activities
