We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to work for Devon and Cornwall Constabulary at their headquarters in Middlemoor, Exeter. This role will be hybrid working Monday to Friday 37 hours a week and they are paying £13.53 per hour. Job Purpose - The principal responsibility of the Personal Assistant (PA) is to provide key organisational and administrative support for up to three designated 'Principals' at Chief Superintendent or equivalent level. Providing a professional, efficient and confidential level of service and enabling support to the wider Senior Leadership Team (SLT), ensuring the smooth delivery of portfolio commitments and priorities. Management of the designated diary commitments of (up to three) Principals to ensure that the daily schedule of work is co-ordinated effectively, categorising and prioritising workflow. Consider and prioritise incoming telephone calls, correspondence and emails addressed to the Principal, deciding on the most appropriate manner by which it should be dealt with, ensuring only relevant correspondence is filtered through to the Principal.
