Crematorium and Bereavement Supervisor - The Role: You will lead and supervise the front-line team at Lake View Bereavement Centre, ensuring delivery of high-quality, compassionate bereavement services. Acting as deputy to the Crematorium and Bereavement Service Manager, you will guide staff, oversee daily operations, maintain compliance with burial and cremation legislation, and support continuous improvement. You will model empathetic, professional leadership in emotionally sensitive circumstances, ensuring families feel welcomed, supported, and reassured throughout their experience.
