About the Role
As a Senior Software Engineer (L4) you’ll be pivotal to our continued success. You’ll work in a cross‑functional team—designers, product owners and engineers—to identify, prioritise and solve problems iteratively. Utilizing cutting‑edge technology, you’ll help evolve our products and make an immediate impact in a fast‑paced, innovative environment.
What You’ll Do
* Build and deliver high‑quality software solutions
* Drive best programming practices and lead your team on that journey
* Work at scale, building tools and systems that process large data volumes quickly and consistently
* Enhance and maintain our platform for optimal performance
* Collaborate closely with commercial colleagues to build a best‑in‑class product
* Share knowledge in sessions with teammates, fostering a collaborative environment for continuous growth
About You
* Experienced Senior Software Engineer with strong commercial experience in PHP and Laravel
* Experience with Vue or a similar front‑end framework
* Experience with cloud services (AWS and/or GCP)
* Advocate for best practices including Agile, TDD and OOP
* Strong communication, empathy and collaboration skills
* Passion for empowering teams and continually improving products and practices

Salary
£40,000‑£60,000, dependent on experience.
