Job Description As our next Food & Beverage Manager, you will take the lead in all F&B operations, overseeing the day-to-day running of our restaurant, bar, room service, and breakfast operations. You'll ensure seamless service, motivate your team, and keep both guests and profits smiling.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing daily F&B service delivery with a strong hands-on presence
Leading, training, and motivating the F&B team, including supervisors
Coordinating with Kitchen, Front Office, Housekeeping and Maintenance teams
Monitoring service standards, hygiene, licensing compliance and guest satisfaction
Overseeing inventories, F&B cost control, menus, purchasing and maintenance
Participating in weekly Head of Department meetings and supporting Duty Management shifts as needed
Supporting recruitment, onboarding and performance reviews within your team
Analysing key metrics (revenue, staffing, costs) and adjusting operations accordingly
Being a role model for Accors service culture and values
Qualifications We are looking for someone who:
Has previous experience managing or supervising hotel F&B operations
Is highly organised, guest-focused and team-oriented
Understands cost control, food safety, stock management and licensing compliance
Can multitask and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Is confident working with digital systems (Opera, TARS, stock platforms, etc.)
Is flexible and available to support early, late and weekend shifts as per rota
Has a proactive, solutions-focused mindset and strong communication skills
Has the right to work in the UK and fluency in English
