An exciting function at the heart of our Group and comprising teams of data scientists, data engineers and visualisation experts alongside data model, governance & control specialists.We sit within the Tooling Services Platform, where our purpose is to provide responsive and insightful, highly automated, digital, enterprise technology management tooling for the bank.Core purpose of the role:As one of 5 Senior Managers in Technology Data Services, you’ll lead a team to thrive in their specialism(s) as well as have responsibility for feeding into the strategy for the broader team and vision of the Tooling Services Platform.A unique opportunity to drive forward the technology data model, which is hosted on strategic platforms including Service Now, to mature our service offering and ensure a well governed and controlled environment that the Group can rely upon and readily consume.This brings the chance to work with a wide range of the Platforms’ customers, both within Group Services & Security and the Group more broadly.How you’ll contribute:Day to day, you’ll define the roadmap for the data model and inspire delivery against it. This comes hand in hand with accountability for the processes, governance and controls within the model where you have a team of SMEs to support you.
