Hours:08:00-18:30 with alternate full weekends off. When working a weekend, Saturday is given as lieu time.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Mercedes-Benz Sales Consultant, you'll guide customers from their first enquiry to driving off the forecourt ensuring every step of their journey is exciting, smooth and unforgettable.
* Build relationships and consult with customers to understand their needs
* Present the Mercedes-Benz range confidently, sharing product knowledge and finance options
* Work towards monthly sales targets, managing your pipeline through our CRM system
* Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver a seamless customer experience
* Champion the Mercedes-Benz brand through every interaction
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with atrack record of success in automotive saleswho can bring confidence, energy and professionalism to our showroom.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in vehicle sales
* Comfortable working in a target-driven environment and motivated by commission
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* A team player who thrives in a structured dealership environment
* Full UK driving licence essential
