Our client, an enterprise AI company backed by Tier 1 customers and scaling rapidly, is looking for a Head of People & Culture to be the cultural heartbeat of the business. The company is redefining how global enterprises build and test software, and they now need someone to help build and support the team behind the tech.
This role is about people, not HR administration. You’ll own the day-to-day employee experience, recruitment process, performance reviews, and internal communications. You’ll ensure team members stay accountable, connected, and engaged, while supporting hiring and onboarding, running impactful offsites and hackathons, and working closely with the Head of Ops on everything from salary bands to team events.
You’ll need empathy, clarity, and strong interpersonal skills - not just to maintain culture, but to elevate it. With around 5–6 years of relevant experience, this role is ideal for someone who wants to be a cornerstone of a tight-knit, high-performance team building cutting-edge infrastructure that’s changing how software gets shipped globally.
