About The Role
* You’ll be joining a small team of between 4-6 members of staff
* You’ll be committed to delivering a great customer experience
* You’ll be working up to 27 hours per week
* You’ll be explaining technical equipment in an understandable manner
* You’ll be committed to offering honest advice and building a rapport with customers
* You’ll ensure that you exceed our customers' expectations and reassure them when they’re bewildered by choice
* You’ll be working as part of the team to achieve commercial targets
What you’ll need - skills and experience
* You have previous experience selling technical products to customers
* You have experience in a retail customer service oriented environment
* You have experience dealing with customers
* You have practical experience / knowledge of some or all of our product range
* You possess strong accuracy and numeracy skills
* You possess basic computer literacy
* You are self motivated and have a can‑do attitude
