About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Building Surveyor to join a highly regarded consultancy with a strong presence in both the local and national markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a small team, including Senior Surveyors and support staff.
Support the Head of Building Surveying and contribute to the regional leadership team.
Oversee a diverse property portfolio that includes both commercial and residential properties, focusing on survey and project work.
Handle projects typically ranging from £500k to £3m, involving buildings affected by subsidence, fire damage, and flood damage, ensuring a varied and engaging workload.
