Pay: £18.43 - £19.10 per hour (DOE) | PAYE

Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Welder / Fitter to join our Production team in Warwick. You will be responsible for producing high-quality welded and fabricated assemblies, ensuring work is completed to specification, on time, and in line with BS EN ISO 9001 quality standards.
This role requires a strong focus on quality, teamwork, health & safety, and flexibility across the production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out MIG & MAG welding and fabrication of steel components (2mm10mm)
Build, tack, and complete fabrication work from engineering drawings
Ensure all work meets quality standards and No Fault Forward (NFF) requirements
Identify and correct visual defects in fabrication work
Work collaboratively with team leaders and colleagues to meet production targets
Maintain high standards of health & safety, including correct use of PPE
Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives
Work flexibly across production areas when required
Complete accurate sign-off of work in line with company systems
About You
Essential:
Experience in MIG & MAG welding
Experience in medium-heavy steel fabrication (2mm10mm)
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Ability to fabricate, tack, and complete welded assemblies
Strong attention to quality and detail
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in physically demanding environments, including confined spaces and variable positions
Desirable:
Welding/fabrication qualifications and certifications
BS EN 287 coded welding approval (multi-position)
Experience using a pendant crane
Knowledge of cellular manufacturing processes
Basic computer literacy
