Applications are invited for the post based in the Pathology Department, Ninewells Hospital. The successful applicant will be required to carry out routine laboratory duties across the various sections of the Department; these will include computer data entry, chemical preparation, filing, basic laboratory procedures in support of Biomedical Scientists and general housekeeping whilst under supervision.
Responsibilities
* Computer data entry and record keeping.
* Preparation of chemicals and reagents.
* Filing and general housekeeping across the Pathology Department.
* Support Biomedical Scientists with basic laboratory procedures under supervision.
Qualifications
* SVQ Level 3 in a laboratory setting or equivalent experience.
* Good interpersonal skills, a professional attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
