Job Description
3. Manage the credit control process, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments.
4. Maintain and update customer accounts with accuracy and attention to detail.
5. Monitor and manage credit limits, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.
6. Prepare and distribute invoices and account statements to clients.
7. Communicate effectively with customers to resolve payment queries or disputes.
8. Work collaboratively with the finance team to improve credit control procedures.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
The Successful Applicant
10. Previous experience in credit control or a related accounting role.
11. A good understanding of financial processes and systems.
12. Strong communication and negotiation skills to handle customer interactions.
13. Proficiency in relevant software tools for accounting and data management.
14. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
15. A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
