Overview
We’re Hiring: Health & Safety Coordinator
Salary: £24,000 – £26,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Location: HQ – Phoenix Way, Swansea Enterprise Park, SA7 9HZ
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities
* Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of Health & Safety policies and procedures in line with UK regulations.
* Assist in ensuring all departments adhere to safety standards and company procedures.
* Maintain accurate records of Health & Safety data, incidents, and investigations.
* Help coordinate safety training, ensuring all staff have access to up-to-date materials.
* Contribute to emergency response planning, evacuation drills, and incident reporting.
* Promote a proactive safety culture across the organisation.
Skills & Attributes
* Strong willingness to learn and develop within the role.
* Excellent data management and organisational skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Desirable Qualifications
* IOSH Managing Safely certification.
* NEBOSH General Certificate (or working towards it).
