£38,000 - £42,000 + Technical Training + Company Progression + Performance related bonus + Pension
Site based role, commutable from Highbridge, Bridgwater, Bristol, Wells, Weston, Taunton, Glastonbury, and the surrounding areas.

The company have specialise in designing and manufacturing lighting systems for a variety of residential, commercial and industrial projects across the UK.
The role involves supervising and leading a team of production workers to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality output. Key responsibilities include planning daily production activities, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, maintaining quality control, managing stock and equipment, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves enforcing health and safety regulations, coaching team members, and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.
The role would suit someone a candidate from a Production, Manufacturing or Quality background looking to be invested in to broaden their technical skillset and who is wanting to progress their way within a well-established electrical lighting company.
The Role:
*Lead and supervise a production team, providing training, support, and performance feedback
*Plan daily tasks, monitor progress, and ensure production targets and quality standards are met
*Manage stock levels, equipment maintenance, and enforce health & safety regulations
*Drive process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives like Lean
