MDT Coordinator
Location: Cromwell Hospital, London SW5 0TU
Contract: Bank contract – 1 to 2 shifts a week
Salary: £17 per hour
Type: Part time – Administration
Shifts will vary week to week depending on need, primarily covering leave and sickness absence with additional administrative assistance from time to time.
Role Overview
The MDT Coordinator supports safe, effective, and timely patient care by coordinating Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) meetings.
* Provide administrative support for MDT meetings, ensuring patients are scheduled and all relevant clinical information is available.
* Produce and circulate patient lists and attendee lists for meetings.
* Provide necessary case notes, scan images, and other information at meetings.
* Maintain accurate records of MDT discussions and outcomes and circulate them to MDT members by letter or report in a timely manner.
* Maintain high standards of confidentiality and data quality.
* Work as part of a team, showing flexibility to share tasks and provide quality service to staff and patients.
Key Skills / Qualifications
* Experience with MDT (Multi‑Disciplinary Team) coordination desirable.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Good time management and prioritisation skills.
* Organisational skills.
* IT literate.
