Jennifer Griffiths Recruitment are looking for a Sales Development Coordinator for a well established family owned company, based north of Bridgend just 5 minutes off junction 36 of M4. Salary: £23 - £24 k per annum plus commission Benefits: Pension scheme. Profit related bonus Private medical insurance after 12 months employment Hours: 34 hours per week, 9am - 5pm with 1 hour lunch finish at 4pm on a friday Probation period: 3 months Holidays: 21 days per annum pro rata plus bank holidays, increasing by 1 day per year up to 25 days Main Duties and Responsibilities Work closely with and Sales Director to help achieve sales to new and existing accounts Contacting existing and new customers, cold calling Take ownership of portable tracking accounts and sales Social media updates Data Input and record keeping Provide high levels of customer care, escalating any problems that arise Must be experienced in cold calling and comfortable with it. Ability to work on own initiative and essential to be a team member. knowledge, Experience & Skills Previously worked in a business-to-business sales environment Knowledge of Sage accounting package Some previous sales experience is essential Interpersonal skills, especially building rapport and relationships Outgoing and enjoys relating to others Proactive Personal confidence, professional and self-belief Comes up with ideas for improvement
