General Summary
Responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating, and communicating all operating schedules to support ground network. Responsible for developing and maintaining planned routing for all products moving within the ground network. Responsible for supervising support team to oversee all trucking operating supporting the Road Transport.
What you’ll do
* Plan, maintain, and communicate routing, transit, and operating schedules across the ground network
* Coordinate network updates, holiday schedules, and changes with branches and service providers
* Monitor lane performance, costs, and capacity, implementing contingencies when needed
* Support service provider administration, contracts, rate updates, and performance scorecards
* Assist with linehaul procurement activities and RFP processes
* Track delays, conduct root-cause analysis, and support continuous improvement initiatives
* Support freight payment activities, including accessorial approvals and fuel surcharge audits
* Supervise, train, and schedule a team.
* Rotating shift pattern of days and nights is required.
Qualifications
What you\'ll bring
* 2–5 years’ experience in transportation operations or logistics management
* Strong organisational, coordination, and communication skills
* Experience working with service providers, routing, or linehaul operations
* Ability to analyse data related to routes, costs, and capacity
* Supervisory or team‑lead experience preferred
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)
