We are seeking a highly organised, interior obsessed Creative Producer. In this role you will be part of the Creative (Photography) team, working closely with the Head of Visual Content and Creative Director. You will be responsible for producing end-to-end studio content ensuring Loaf’s photography remains fun, premium and portrays Loaf’s craftsmanship to the highest standards. You will also assist on all larger seasonal and brand campaigns building Loaf’s visual identity and playful narrative. The role is a mix of thorough organisation and creative execution, collaborating with marketing, product and warehouse teams to ensure all products are in place at the right time and content is delivered on time and to budget.
The Job
* Production: full ownership of all studio production including scheduling, sample management, shot lists, set build and on set coordination.
* Studio management: full ownership of studio equipment, storage and sample management ensuring the studio is always kept to a high standard.
* Post production: manage all content shot in studio liaising with retouchers on timings, retouch comments, colour matching, naming conventions and final asset deliveries.
* Shot lists: build and manage shot lists for all content captured in studio ensuring the right products are shot on time and to budget.
* Creative: understand brand guidelines to creatively execute on the visual direction and prop development of the studio bringing new ideas and ensuring the studio is continuously innovating and recognised for outstanding photography.
* Budgets: manage the yearly studio budget as well as invoicing and PO’s ensuring the budget is managed efficiently.
* Stakeholder management: work closely with the external studio team made up of photographers, assistants, stylists, retouchers etc. Ensure relationships are nurtured and the team is working to a high standard.
* Campaign: assist on all seasonal, brand and ad hoc campaigns including location recces, sample management and larger campaign logistics.
* Ad hoc: assist on special projects such as social media or new Shack openings.
We're looking for
* Proven experience: minimum 3 years experience in studio production (bonus if this is interior studio experience).
* Photography/videography skills: understanding of photography and videography practices and processes.
* Time management: strong ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Adaptability: ability to quickly pivot and adjust shoots in response to changing priorities.
* Creative: ability to execute on creative guidelines and bring exciting ideas to life.
