We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Office Intern to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
* Assist with daily administrative tasks, including data entry and clerical duties
* Manage phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
* Support the team in maintaining organised files and documentation
* Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
* Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks as needed
* Help coordinate meetings and prepare necessary materials
* Contribute to various projects as assigned by supervisors
Experience
* Previous office experience is preferred but not mandatory
* Familiarity with computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
* Basic understanding of QuickBooks is advantageous
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Experience in data entry and clerical work will be beneficial
* Excellent typing skills with attention to detail

Pay: £26,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
