This role is responsible for ensuring the success of our colleagues within the Distribution Centre Environment, by delivering a variety of comprehensive and effective training programmes, including first day onboarding training to ensure all colleagues receive the best possible experience and start to their HelloFresh journey. Responsible for facilitating training sessions that enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of our colleagues; including the delivery of all refresher training in line with business strategy and policies. This role will collaborate with various departments and engage with senior management on a daily basis to ensure communication is transparent, offering support on an ad hoc basis should there be a business need.
What You Will Be Doing:
* Align with the Training Supervisor the training needs and deliver training programs aligned with business goals and objectives.
* Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring appropriate resources and facilities are available.
* Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, providing training and guidance on essential skills and processes.
* Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content.
* Role model the Company’s DNA and lead by example.
* Handle day-to-day queries from colleagues – liaising with HR, Training Teams, and Management as required.
* Ensure that Food Safety and Health & Safety standards are met and sustainably maintained. Cooperate with HelloFresh in all health and safety matters. You are responsible for your own health, safety, and welfare in the activities you undertake. Report incidents immediately and actively raise health and safety concerns to your Line Manager.
* Undertake basic problem-solving activities and escalate to the Training Manager where necessary.
* Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and Instructions.
* Lead or participate in ad hoc projects as required.
* Perform any other responsibilities/duties reasonably expected as part of this role.
