Job Description
The HR Business Partner will be:* Supporting a range of business areas by providing expert advice across the full employee lifecycle.* Working with leaders to implement people plans, manage performance, and lead on employee engagement and development initiatives.* Advising on employee relations issues, ensuring fair, timely, and policy-compliant outcomes.* Leading or contributing to projects across organisational change, workforce planning, and process improvement.* Playing an active role in policy development and implementation of HR best practice.
The Successful Applicant
The HR Business Partner should be:* Experienced in HR within the public sector-this is essential.* A current HR Advisor or Junior HRBP looking to take the next step in a supportive, strategic role.* Confident working with managers and stakeholders to influence and implement people solutions.* Knowledgeable in UK employment law, with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.* Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment with hybrid flexibility.
