This is a senior leadership role where you'll shape the strategy for our rental proposition, drive portfolio performance, and lead a high‑performing lettings team to maximise occupancy and deliver excellent landlord and customer outcomes.
The Role
As Head of Rentals, you will:
* Develop and deliver the strategic direction of our rentals proposition
* Lead and inspire a team of lettings professionals
* Drive valuations, property instructions and pricing strategies to reduce voids and maximise performance
* Oversee marketing and go‑to‑market strategies for rental properties
* Build strong relationships with landlords and industry bodies including Association of Residential Letting Agents, The Property Ombudsman and Association of Residential Managing Agents
* Establish and monitor KPIs and performance metrics for the Rentals Division
* Work closely with senior leaders to identify opportunities to grow the portfolio and improve performance
You'll bring:
* Strong experience in residential lettings and rental portfolio management
* A proven track record of delivering rental growth and performance
* Experience leading and developing successful teams
* Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
* Strong commercial awareness and a data‑driven approach to decision making
Desirable:
* Degree in a business‑related field and/or ARLA qualification.
