Fast Fit Branch / Centre Manager Required in Birmingham
1. Basic up to £36,000
2. Bonus earnings up to £42,000+ (Uncapped)
3. Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm. Some Saturdays may be required, depending on the workload.

Our cleint is looking for a Centre Manager to be hands-on and have previous experience working as a Vehicle Technician
Duties:
4. Leading, managing, and inspiring a team of skilled automotive technicians.
5. Creating a high-performance culture focused on success, accountability, and continuous improvement.
6. Ensuring operational performance aligns with business KPIs and customer service expectations.
7. Managing costs and margins to maximise profitability across the centre.
8. Driving revenue growth through smart resource planning and operational efficiency.
9. Setting clear departmental goals and ensuring effective execution to hit targets.
10. Aligning centre strategies with broader company objectives to ensure long-term success.
11. Promoting customer satisfaction and building strong client relationships.
12. Overseeing merchandising and stock management routines to maintain an organised and effective centre.
Requirements:
13. Proven experience managing technical teams in a fast-paced automotive environment.
14. Excellent leadership and motivational skills.
15. Strong knowledge of performance metrics and operational KPIs.
16. A track record of controlling costs and driving profitability.
17. Strategic thinking and the ability to manage multiple functions efficiently.
18. Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
19. Exceptional planning and execution capabilities across departments.
