We are currently working on behalf of our trusted client who are looking for a Head of Finance. This is your chance to join a global distributor of cutting edge B2B IT technology and solutions. They provide supply chain, logistics, and cloud solutions, working with technology vendors, resellers, and businesses to distribute hardware, software, and cloud services.

Reporting to the CFO, the Head of Finance will lead a team of five across Financial Accounting, Reporting, and Tax. This role ensures strong financial controls, manages audits, supports transformation projects, and collaborates with FP&A to drive insights and process improvements.
Main Responsibilities as a Head of Finance
* Act as Finance Project Lead driving all department change & transformation programmes.
* Ownership of all financial controls, compliance and financial reporting.
* Lead and nurture finance team members.
* Promote finance automation and process improvement across the department.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organisation.
Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
* Chartered ACA qualified accountant.
* Track record of working with one of the Big Four.
* Team leadership and growth experience.
* Seasoned financial leader or controller with FP&A exposure and financial strategy experience.
* Experience within a Big 4 firm (KPMG, PwC, Deloitte, EY).
* FP&A exposure and strategic financial planning experience.
