Roles and Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer enquiries and process purchase orders efficiently.
Manage assigned customer accounts, including order processing, enquiries, outbound calls, quotations, and complaint resolution.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain accurate customer data to ensure system and administrative integrity.
Collaborate with Finance, Production, Purchasing, and Logistics to meet customer expectations.
Work closely with Internal Sales and Business Development teams to support growth.
Identify and suggest improvements to enhance department performance.
Deputise for the Customer Service Supervisor at Operations meetings when required.
Promote and uphold Health & Safety standards within the departmentQualifications, Skills, and Experience:
Relevant experience in customer service or internal sales role.
Good understanding of Microsoft Office, CRM, and ERP systems.
High level of attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent understanding of delivering outstanding Customer service.
Process-driven and great attention to detail.
