Experienced Temporary Bar Supervisor (Maternity Cover) to help lead our small team.
Must be flexible, reliable and be available to work unsociable hours. Please note you will be expected to be available to work weekends and public holidays and to cover holiday or sickness when required.
Bar Supervisor Qualifications/Skills:
* Excellent multitasking ability.

* Customer service skills.
* Calm under pressure
* Able to maintain restraint in stressful situations.
* First Aid Trained.
* Comfortable with hospitality and sales technology platforms.
Education & Experience
* Prior experience working in a bar\restaurant\hospitality is essential.
Bar Supervisor Roles and responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day operations
* Ensure monthly rotas are staffed accordingly.
* Ensure start and end of day procedures are maintained-including, cashing up, security and alarms.
* Oversees planning for special events.
* Cellar management/Beer line cleaning
* Selects and purchases liquor and other supplies.
Staff
* Determines employees' schedules. -Rotas
* Ensuring the staff maintain the bar and the bar is well-stocked and clean.
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: Maternity Cover – starting on or before 1 Oct 25.
Hours of work are minimum 24 hours each week to be worked flexibly in accordance with the agreed rota and will be worked on 7 days. Hourly rate of £13.00 depending on experience
Holiday: 28 days paid holiday a year, including bank holidays.
