Our client, a highly reputable care provider, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Deputy Care Manager to join their team in Louth. In this rewarding position, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring high-quality care for the residents and compliance with all regulatory frameworks.

Role Overview:
* Oversee and support the delivery of care to residents, ensuring all documentation and records meet high standards.
* Lead a dedicated team of care staff, providing guidance and supervision to maintain a high level of care, including clinical and dementia care.
* Assist the Registered Manager with compliance audits and ensure the care home adheres to all regulatory and statutory requirements.
* Take charge of staff recruitment, training, and development, ensuring all team members are equipped with the skills needed to perform their roles effectively.
* Support the Registered Manager in managing the financial viability of the service by optimizing occupancy and revenue.
* Manage sickness and absence in line with company policies and provide on-call support when necessary.
* Conduct formal supervisions, appraisals, and ongoing assessments to ensure staff performance meets the required standards.
Key Requirements:
* Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification (or a commitment to achieving this).
* Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a care setting.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
* A team player with strong leadership abilities.
* A genuine interest in working with the elderly or individuals with specific care needs.
* Clinical knowledge and the ability to make sound decisions.
* Availability to work on a rolling two-week rota, including alternate weekends and on-call duties.
