The Role:
Are you highly organised, detail:focused, and passionate about driving value through effective contract management? We're looking for an ICT Contracts Manager to take responsibility for the end:to:end lifecycle of our ICT contracts, ensuring they are well:governed, compliant, and deliver strong outcomes for the Service.
In this vital role, you will:
:Maintain our contract management system.
:Oversee renewals, support procurement activity.
:Ensure documentation is accurate, accessible, and audit ready.
:Work closely with colleagues across procurement, legal, technical teams, and the ICT Management Board, acting as a trusted adviser on contractual, supplier, and compliance matters.
:Build productive relationships with key vendors, monitor performance against SLAs and KPIs.
:Support supplier review meetings and help drive continuous improvement in contract and supplier management.
