Role Overview
As a Territory Sales Manager / TCS Engineer, you will maintain and grow existing accounts, promote our janitorial products, and handle the installation, service, and maintenance of dispensing and dosing equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Territory Sales Manager
* Identify janitorial business opportunities.
* Report on sales results weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
* Assess customer needs and recommend solutions.
* Collaborate with sales and internal teams to meet goals.
* Answer customer inquiries about features, pricing, and services.
* Cross-sell additional service products when appropriate.
TCS Engineer
* Install, commission, maintain, and repair dispensing and dosing equipment.
* Assemble and service equipment on-site.
* Conduct quality assurance and testing.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot faults; organize repairs.
* Manage parts ordering and returns; update electronic job sheets.
* Communicate regularly with the Technical Customer Services Team.
* Maintain van stock and organize tools and parts.
Skills & Requirements
* Proficient in MS Office and electrical systems (reading diagrams).
* Experience in dispensing or dosing equipment (2-5 years preferred).
* Full UK driving license.
* Strong communication, organizational, and troubleshooting skills.
* Customer-focused with commercial awareness.
