Location: Hybrid working. Tuesday to Thursday in our SW6 office, with Monday and Friday working from home

Full time

Due to ongoing expansion, Cultural Comms is seeking a creative, culturally engaged and digitally savvy Digital Account Executive to join our growing team, reporting to the Digital Director.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a career at the intersection of culture, luxury and digital communications. Working across a portfolio of leading art, design, luxury lifestyle and drinks brands, you will support the delivery of organic social media campaigns, digital content, newsletters and wider communications initiatives.

We are looking for someone who lives and breathes digital culture, understands what makes content resonate, and enjoys turning ideas into engaging stories across multiple platforms. You will be equally comfortable writing copy, spotting emerging trends, analysing performance data and supporting the smooth delivery of client campaigns.

The role offers hands‑on experience across social media strategy, content creation, reporting, client communications and campaign delivery, with opportunities to learn from senior practitioners and progress within a dynamic and ambitious agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Assisting with the creation, scheduling and management of social media content across multiple client accounts
* Supporting the development and maintenance of content calendars and campaign plans
* Writing engaging, platform‑native copy for Instagram, LinkedIn and other social channels
* Supporting the production and delivery of client newsletters, including copywriting, image selection and scheduling
* Monitoring social media trends, cultural conversations and emerging digital formats, identifying opportunities for clients
* Helping to brainstorm creative campaign concepts and content ideas
* Supporting community management and audience engagement across client channels
* Assisting with light video editing, graphic creation and content formatting where required
* Supporting influencer, creator and partnership outreach where appropriate
* Assisting with reporting, performance analysis and insight generation, helping identify opportunities for future growth
* Supporting client meetings, preparing meeting notes and ensuring account administration is completed to a high standard
* Collaborating closely with the wider PR team on integrated campaigns, launches and brand initiatives

What We’re Looking For

* A genuine interest in digital communications, social media and cultural trends
* Excellent writing and communication skills
* A strong eye for visual content, storytelling and brand aesthetics
* Understanding of how content performs across different social media platforms
* An interest in art, design, luxury brands, wine, hospitality or cultural organisations would be advantageous
* Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously
* A proactive and positive approach to problem‑solving
* Experience using Canva, CapCut, Edits or similar creative tools
* Previous experience in PR, social media, digital marketing or communications is preferred

About You

You are naturally curious, culturally aware and digitally fluent. You enjoy understanding why content succeeds, stay ahead of emerging trends, and take pride in producing work to a high standard. You are organised, dependable and eager to learn, thriving in a collaborative environment where no two days are the same.

You are as interested in why a campaign works as you are in creating the content itself, and you are excited by the opportunity to work with some of the most respected brands and organisations in the cultural and luxury sectors.
