This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or mechanical fitting experience who is looking for a long-term position with the potential to secure a permanent contract. Key Responsibilities Assembling mechanical components and sub-assemblies using hand and power tools Reading and following assembly instructions, engineering drawings, and work orders Fitting, aligning, and securing parts to required specifications Conducting quality checks throughout the assembly process Using measuring equipment to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications Reporting faults, defects, or production issues to supervisors Assisting with material handling and movement of components around the workshop Supporting other manufacturing and production departments when required Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment Adhering to all company procedures and Health & Safety regulations Requirements Previous experience within an assembly, manufacturing, production, engineering, or mechanical ...
