Senior Accountant - Fully Remote (UK) £40,000-£45,000 DOE discretionary bonus Robert Half is partnering with a growing accountancy practice specialising in the music industry, supporting independent record labels, publishers, distributors and artists with royalty processing, financial management and compliance services. The Role As Senior Accountant, you will manage a portfolio of clients end-to-end while supporting the development of more junior team members. Key responsibilities include: Preparing and filing year-end accounts for SME clients Preparing and filing personal tax returns for self-employed individuals Liaising with HMRC on behalf of clients Reviewing VAT returns prior to submission Processing client payrolls Managing client onboarding and data migrations to QuickBooks Filing Confirmation Statements Implementing Making Tax Digital for Income Tax and managing Anti-Money Laundering processes Keeping up to date with compliance changes and implementing updates Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team About You Practice experience with strong experience in year-end accounts, tax returns and statutory compliance Confident communicator able to work autonomously in a fully remote environment Comfortable supporting and developing junior team members Package & Benefits £40,000-£45,000 salary DOE Discretionary annual bonus Study support available on a case-by-case basis 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, plus a Christmas shutdown Flexible working hours Healthcare Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
