Registered Care Manager Responsibilities: To take overall responsibility for the operational performance and care delivery of the service, reporting directly to the Director. To maintain strong, effective communication and relationships with local authorities and commissioning bodies. To proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and building partnerships with healthcare professionals and other referral sources. To create personalised care plans, ensuring ongoing safety, quality, and compliance with best practice standards. To support with the recruitment and onboarding process of care workers. To ensure robust compliance with regulatory standards, including the accuracy of care records and documentation. To have a working understanding of the Care Act and CQC’s Essential Standards. Registered Care Manager Requirements: Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Deputy Manager in a domiciliary or live-in care setting. Achieved or currently working towards a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (Leadership and Management). Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
