We’re looking for an experienced Web Developer to join FullSphere, a small but rapidly growing digital agency.
The ideal candidate will take ownership of all aspects of web development, from building clean, scalable websites to optimising performance and workflows. This is a hands-on role working across a range of client and internal projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, maintain, and optimise custom WordPress websites
* Build front-end layouts using Tailwind CSS and JavaScript
* Implement back-end logic and functionality in PHP
* Work with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF)
* Ensure websites meet high standards for performance, accessibility, and security
* Collaborate with designers and project managers to deliver pixel-perfect, maintainable builds
Tech Stack
* Languages: PHP, JavaScript
* Frameworks & Tools: Tailwind CSS, WordPress, ACF, Timber (not essential)
* Other Tools: Git, Composer, NPM, modern build tools
Experience & Skills
* 2 years’ experience in web development, ideally within an agency environment.
* Strong understanding of WordPress architecture and modern front-end development.
* Experience creating custom themes and plugins from scratch.
* Solid grasp of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimisation.
* Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects.
* Keen eye for detail and a passion for clean, maintainable code.
