We are currently seeking an Associate Dentist to join our fantastic new mixed Dental Practice located in Kingston. This practice will be refurbished to a very high standard in the coming weeks and already has a great reputation for offering high quality mixed & specialist dentistry.
You will receive a wealth of mentorship in the practice from our Clinical Partner, Dr. Sorabh Patel and will be part of a large multi-skilled team including specialists. Multiple free in-house courses & heavily discounted courses through our Clinical Academy are offered as part of the group throughout the year, with potential to earn well over £150K take home based on a full time position.
All surgeries are bright & spcious and fully equipped with Dentally software/Pearl AI plug-in, digital x-rays & scanners, TV's in each surgery, composite heaters, new chairs and high-quality equipment and materials at your disposal.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing high quality dental treatment in line with current theory & practice, whilst ensuring our patients are given a first-class treatment experience
* Utilising the equipment & technology available in practice to offer a plethora of necessary treatment options to the patient
* Promoting a positive impression & image of yourself & the practice at all times in the role
* Utilising our internal referral networks, and referring patients to in-house experienced clinicians/specialists if the treatment is outside of your sphere of experience
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
* Cosmetic Dentistry experience is highly desirable but not essential
* Confidence with Digital Dentistry is a requirement due to the equipment & technology that will be at your disposal in practice
* Someone who has the drive and ambition to succeed and has a hunger to progress
* The applicant should be confident in presenting treatment options to patients and be willing to ensure they have an outstanding journey in the practice
* To be considered for this role you MUST have a full, unconditional NHS Performer Number
